Funded by the Morrow County Unified Recreation District, the Inland Northwest Orchestra will be presenting a public concert at Heppner Elementary School on Saturday, February 18th, 2003 at 4pm. There is no charge for admission, donations are welcome. The orchestra has four pieces that will be performed:
The Overture from “Marriage of Figaro” by Wolfgang Mozart
“Pavane” Op. 50 by Gabriel Faure
“The Lark Ascending” by Ralph Vaughan Williams featuring Alice Massey as our Solo Violinist
“Symphony No. 4” in A Major (The Italian Symphony) by Felix Mendelssohn
A public reception will follow after the concert.
